2K Lead Teacher
Location: Crown of Life Christian Academy – Bethany Campus / 404 Roosevelt Street, Fort Atkinson, WI
Description: CLCA is seeking a 2K Lead Teacher for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Preschool lead teachers are highly encouraged to have a degree in early childhood education and/or experience with preschool age children. They will create lesson plans, communicate with parents, and are expected to work collaboratively with other teachers. It is preferred that 2K and 3K lead teachers have a church affiliation with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod or the Evangelical Lutheran Synod. All applicants should have a strong interest in working with young children and families in a Christ-centered learning environment.
The 2K lead teacher is currently a part-time position with Crown of Life Christian Academy. Before care and extended care is offered starting at 7am and closing at 5:30pm, but is not the responsibility of the lead teacher unless additional hours are discussed upon hiring.

3K Lead Teacher

4K Classroom Aide
Location: Crown of Life Christian Academy – Bethany Campus / 404 Roosevelt Street, Fort Atkinson, WI
Description: CLCA is seeking an individual to assist on a part-time basis in our 4K Classroom in the 2024-2025 academic year.
Applicants should have a genuine interest to work with children in a Christ-centered learning environment. Basic requirements include effective communication and organizational skills along with the ability to work closely with the classroom teacher. Upon hire, more specific tasks and expectations will be discussed with the assigned classroom teacher.
This is a part-time position with CLCA, assisting in the 4K classroom (8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.), adhering to the preschool academic calendar.

1:1 Student Support Aide – Middle School
Crown of Life Christian Academy – Berea Campus / 535 Berea Drive, Fort Atkinson, WI
Description: CLCA is seeking a 1:1 Student Support Aide to assist a middle school student with special needs in the 2024-2025 academic year.
Applicants should have a genuine interest to work with middle school children in a Christ-centered learning environment. The student support aide will maximize the student’s participation in class, assist with differentiation in the classroom, be attentive to required physical assistance and foster positive peer interactions.
