Part-Time, After School Care Aide – Immediate Opening

Description: CLCA is seeking a part-time aide in our after school care program.
The After Care Aide is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment for students during the after-school hours. This role involves supervising children, leading engaging activities, and assisting with homework while reinforcing Christian values and behavior. The After Care Aide helps ensure that the after-school program is a time of positive social, spiritual, and educational growth for students.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Some experience in childcare, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience working with children in a school, church, or childcare setting, preferably in a Christian environment.
This position is immediately available for Mondays from 3:00 – 5:00 pm, with additional on-call opportunities to cover vacations and other needs at both CLCA campuses.

Student Support Aide – Lower Elementary
Crown of Life Christian Academy – Berea Campus / 535 Berea Drive, Fort Atkinson, WI
Description: CLCA is seeking a Student Support Aide to assist in a lower elementary classroom, starting in January 2025.
Applicants should have a genuine interest to work with young children in a Christ-centered learning environment. The student support aide will maximize the student’s participation in class, assist with differentiation in the classroom, be attentive to required physical assistance and foster positive peer interactions.

K-8 Art Teacher – Starting Fall 2025

Description: CLCA is seeking a K-8 Art teacher beginning in the fall of 2025.
The Art Teacher is responsible for providing an engaging, Christ-centered art education to elementary and middle school students. This role involves teaching a variety of art techniques and mediums while integrating biblical values into the creative process. The Art Teacher will inspire students to appreciate the beauty of God’s creation and express their creativity in ways that honor their faith.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field; teaching certification preferred. Prior teaching experience, particularly in art instruction, preferably in a Christian school environment is desired.
